Shipping policy

We are not responsible for any import taxes and duties your country imposes. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.

ORDERS THAT MAY HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS: 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order, including address adjustments. Customers may contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirection to a new address or to have the package held at a postal location.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, we can offer a reshipment, refund, or store credit once the returned package has been processed.

Please note that we are not liable for misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for that order.

ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us.

ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-3 business days. If you select express shipping and we are not able to meet the time shown due to a delay, we will automatically refund the cost of shipping. 

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages. 

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order in our HQ we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.

We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Swole Chamber LLC and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (SwoleChamber) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
